Rugby training

nothing much happened in school today, normal boring stuff, other than being scolded by my chi teacher, and she asked to to write a crap apology letter, full of bullshit lah...

after school went for rugby, and the good thing was that i found out that i didn't lose my scram cap, yay, the teacher found it, and he called me an idiot...:P anyway, the bad thing was that our coach went crazy at the later part of training, and made us do Physical training like siao, we ran like dunno how long, and did some stupid rabbit hop thingy, damn tiring, then in the end i got leg cramp and had a blister on left foot, ahhhhh...

after every training i confirm get injury one, either here or there... hope that i can recover by thursday's match, now leg still pain, and foot can't walk properly, plus damn tired, and lots of hw, dun feel like doing, want to sleep...
