today played a lot of touch rugby...

went to play another game of touch with the rjc girls at about 2.30+ today, played for less then an hour, then went for rugby training...

well, the girls sort of improved i guess... although they still only managed to score 1 try xD but at least that this time they were able to defend better, and attack well too... they broke our line of defence a couple of times... anyway, we scored about 9 tries, and about 4 of those were mine, pretty fun... played at rjc field... the field sucks... damn hard... injured my foot while running...

after that, for the whole rugby training session, we played touch rugby... kinda boring, quite slack, a bit like PT... coz we were defending and whenever we let in a try have to job up and down the field...
